Thanks to these properly seasoned, high-grade raw materials, the internal stress of the wood is minimized, completely eliminating deformation risks such as warping, twisting, or cracking after installation.
The primary wood species processed at our Bolu/Turkiye facility include oak, walnut, iroko, beech, pine, spruce, fir, sapelli, teak, ash, chestnut, ayous, and limba. Furthermore, with our high-volume procurement capacities, we can source and process various exotic and domestic timber species, specialized in premium European and American hardwoods required by commercial architectural projects.
Our solid wood products coming off the production line are supplied unfinished (raw) with a smooth surface finish perfectly matching the standards for wooden kitchen countertops, custom-size table tops, and wooden stair treads. For wide-span architectural structures, we provide structural engineering solutions with high load-bearing capacity glulam beams and columns. Depending on the specific architectural details and demands of your project, optional operations such as precision CNC cutting, custom sizing, and Rubio Monocoat natural protective oiling can also be accommodated on a project-by-project basis.

Thanks to this professional kiln-drying process, the internal tension of the wood is relieved; the products we manufacture oak solid panel, our products such as walnut solid panels or beech solid panels have their risk of warping, bending, or cracking minimized over the long term.
